The notion you shouldn't notice anything when microdosing is outdated.
Microdosing can be a perceptible, transformative experience—just gentler than a full dose. In this course, you’ll learn:
Insightful shifts over time: Just like a full psychedelic experience, microdosing spreads the transformative benefits across your day-to-day life, allowing you to engage more deeply with your tasks and challenges without the intensity.
Cultivate mindfulness: Learn how microdosing can expand your awareness subtly but significantly. This expanded awareness is not just about perceiving more of your external world—it's about deepening the understanding of yourself.
Path to personal wellbeing: We teach you how to harness this increased awareness to cultivate mindfulness and enhance cognition, leading to a clearer understanding of your journey towards personal health and wellbeing. Discover practical steps to integrate these insights into daily living.
Since the 1950s, Stanislav Grof, a pioneering figure in the field of transpersonal psychology, has been exploring the therapeutic potential of low doses of psychedelics. Used in controlled settings, these small doses have proven to be effective in helping patients break down psychological barriers and access deeper levels of their consciousness without the overwhelming effects of a full dose. This approach allows individuals to confront and process their emotions, trauma, or mental blocks in a more manageable way, fostering personal healing and emotional breakthroughs within a safe, guided environment. Grof's work continues to influence modern psychedelic therapy today.
Albert Hofmann, the renowned Swiss chemist who famously discovered LSD, integrated the substance into his own life in a unique way. Throughout his later years, Hofmann regularly took low doses of LSD, a practice now commonly referred to as microdosing. He believed that these small doses enhanced his creativity, mental clarity, and emotional well-being, while also deepening his sense of presence and connection to the natural world around him. For Hofmann, LSD wasn’t just a scientific breakthrough; it was a tool for personal growth, exploration, and a greater appreciation for nature.
