Support across the full arc.
Most services focus on the experience itself. We meet you wherever you are in the process, including before you've decided anything at all.
Exploration
You're curious but haven't committed. We help you figure out whether this is right for you, what approach makes sense, and what the risks actually are.
Preparation
Set clear intentions, review safety, understand your substance, and arrive with a grounded mindfulness foundation before anything begins.
Navigation
We teach you how to intentionally and mindfully engage with the experience itself — so you can move through it with skill and presence, for optimal benefit.
Integration
Make meaning from what arose. Build practices that let insight take root and translate into lasting change — not just a good memory.
Community
Ongoing connection through Psygaia's Circle: integration circles, breathwork sessions, peer support, and a growing resource library.
Companion Sitting
Psygaia offers training for companion sitting, teaching partners, friends, and family how to safely hold space for a loved one's experience. Learn to create a supportive container, respond to difficult moments with presence, and support integration afterward. No clinical background required.
Rooted in diverse traditions, unified by nature.
Our approach weaves together ecological medicine, contemplative traditions, depth psychology, nature-based practice, and more as an integrative and grounded way of working with psychedelics — and the people they transform.
Ecological Medicine
Personal health as inseparable from the health and vitality of the living systems we belong to.
Parts Work & IFS
Navigating inner multiplicity — meeting protective and vulnerable parts with compassionate curiosity.
Somatics & Breathwork
Tuning into the body's intelligence — working with nervous system regulation, sensation, and breath.
Depth Psychology & Shadow
Integrating the unconscious — working with dreams, archetypes, and disowned aspects of the self.
Mindfulness & Meditation
Cultivating sustained attention, equanimity, and non-attachment as the anchor for deep exploratory work.
Deep Ecology
Moving beyond the isolated ego to rediscover an identity rooted in ecological interdependence.
Transpersonal Psychology
Taking mystical, unitive, and non-ordinary experiences seriously as valid domains of human growth.
Nature-Based Practice
Grounding insights into everyday life through direct sensory immersion, place-based connection, and reciprocity.

Words from those who’ve
walked this path.
I'm incredibly grateful that I was recommended by a friend to Psygaia, and then to have the opportunity to talk with Louis before and after my journey. Louis has a very grounded and wise way of listening, gently guiding and offering insightful perspectives. I love that he is very connected to Earth wisdom as well as Buddhism and breathwork. His combination of knowledge, wisdom and compassion is a rare find for those of us wanting to explore psychedelic journeys in a safe and intentional way. I whole heartedly recommend working with Psygaia, no matter where you are on your psychedelic path.
Working with the Psygaia team before and after my journey proved incredibly helpful. It left me as prepared as possible to take the leap and as a result I had the most meaningful psychedelic experience of my life. Among the most useful parts of the consultation was learning a new breathing practice that allowed me to stay grounded throughout the journey. Going forward, that practice has become a pillar of my daily life. I would recommend Psygaia to anyone interested in doing transformative inner work with psychedelics.
When I first met Louis, his openness and confident vulnerability drew me in. After doing breathwork with him, I saw that guiding others was his true calling. This made me trust him completely for my psychedelic journey. Louis's peaceful demeanor was calming, and I felt a deep sense of safety with him. Our conversations during and after my journey have lightened my path, reducing shame and revealing a core value of compassion. His knowledge of Buddhism, yoga and nature-based traditions has deepened my spiritual practice, teaching me gentleness towards myself. I am deeply grateful to Louis for his guidance and support along my journey.
Louis naturally breathes and embodies a presence of deep peace. The breathwork sessions we did together were life changing. A combination of a crystal clear intuition and skillful guidance made me feel safe and held, allowing for a frozen part of me, stuck and hidden in time, to open and melt with great lightness and ease. Highly recommended.
Psygaia's nature-rooted approach to psychedelics is refreshing and welcome in such a disconnected world.
Two rates.
No surprises.
One hour is $125. If you commit to four or more, every hour is $100 — a longer arc costs us less to hold than a series of one-off sessions, so it costs you less too. Both are sliding scale: pay what honestly reflects your situation, and the quality of support is the same either way.
Microdosing, and want the course as well as the hours? The Microdosing Journey bundles both for less than buying them apart. Not sure where to start? The free consultation call is 20 minutes with no commitment.

Four hours or more · sliding scale · the full arc.

Louis Belleau, MA
Researcher, guide, and author of the Psygaia Hypothesis, an interdisciplinary account of how psychedelics reconnect us to living systems, developed through graduate research at the University of Ottawa. A decade of study, practice, and direct experience informs every session.
Louis works with people at every stage — from those preparing for a first experience to those integrating something that happened years ago. His work is less about any single method than about presence: meeting you without judgment, helping you feel safe enough to go deep, and grounded enough to carry what surfaces into a fuller, more connected life.
Meet our support guidesHonest answers to the things people wonder.
Is this legal?
Psygaia offers non-clinical coaching and education. We do not supply substances or facilitate illegal activity. Our guidance is harm-reduction focused and operates within a legal framework in Canada.
Do I need prior experience with psychedelics?
Not at all. We work with people at every stage, from those who are curious and doing their first research, to those working through complex or difficult experiences they've already had.
Is this therapy?
No. Psygaia's coaching is not psychotherapy and should not replace it. We work alongside your existing mental health support, not in place of it. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional.
How many hours do I need?
A single session works well for a focused question or initial consultation. Most people find 2–4 hours useful for full preparation and integration support. At four hours or more the rate drops from $125 to $100 an hour, and Circle membership comes with it.
What if my experience was difficult or traumatic?
This is exactly the kind of work we do. Difficult experiences often carry the most potential — and the most need for skilled support. Our guides are trained to hold this space without judgment.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Our coaching is remote. If you're looking for in-person support — a sitter, guide, or facilitator near you — that's something we can help with as part of a consultation. Book a session and we'll work to connect you with the right person.
