Privacy Policy
Psygaia ("we", "us", "our") is a Canadian nonprofit. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
What we collect
We collect your email address (and optionally your first name) when you:
- Sign up for our newsletter
- Download a resource through our site
- Contact us directly at hello@psygaia.org
We do not collect payment information directly — coaching bookings are handled through third-party platforms that have their own privacy policies.
How we use it
We use your email address to send newsletters, educational content, and occasional updates about Psygaia programs. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Email service
We use a third-party email platform to manage our mailing list. Your email address is stored on their servers in accordance with their privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
Website analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our site (e.g., which pages are visited). This data is aggregated and not linked to individual identities.
Cookies
Our site uses a small number of functional cookies (e.g., to remember your display theme preference). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@psygaia.org. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Retention
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your address is removed from active lists within 30 days.
